Breach of contract -deposit not paid back
<p>My husband paid a deposit and when our offer was declined we enquired about our money. We completed all the forms and submitted them on 12 April 2016. Todate no refund only excuses as to why the money has not been refunded. We have lodged a complaint with the Estate Agents Affairs Board and have emailed following up. All we want is OUR money back and now we have had to enquire with a lawyer (additional unnecessary costs) on the way forward as to how can we get our money back with legal assistance. This has been so frustrating and stressful. </p>

In a first ever case for us, your refund payment was made late, due to an administrative error on our side form our staff. We completely understand the anxiety and stress you must have felt. You should have been kept informed at all times and we will investigate this lack of communication, and the initial error which caused the unusual delay in the first place.
