Poor workmanship and denial to accept responsibility by Sellesa Group

I hereby lodge a formal complaint against poor and irresponsible workmanship by the Sellesa Group wrt Morgan Lane(address as above). Herewith the various issues that I (and the general owners have encountered) with the owner denying responsibility: 1. The units were falsely and dubiously sold as new units, whereas, it has surfaced that the units were rented out for over a year, then tenants were moved out, and we believe there were quick fixes and patchings before placing them under the hammer. Issues following this have popped up from day one that the supposed 'new owners' moved in, ranging from faulty electrical work, broken down stoves, broken down geysers, malfunctional plumbing to broken doors and cabinets. The new owners officially moved in at the beginning of December 1st 2021, and now at 6 months almost all owners are complaining of hereditary issues. What is surprising is how the complex got compliance certificates with such shoddy work, and the complex is literally falling apart. 2. I took early occupation from the 1st of November, and on the 2nd I sent an e-mail(attached for your consideration) stating the issues that I found in the unit - major of which was the en-suite bathroom that was malfunctional or broken down, and to date nothing has been resolved, and the Developer has denied responsibility(e-mail also attached from the Developers to this effect), and has said it is my issue to solve. 3. Last week, just under 6 months from occupation I had a whole 2 rows of tiles just warp up in my sitting room(pic attached to that effect) and on alerting the Developer, the Developer said they have nothing to do about it and that the cost is also on me. So in short, the Developer sold us lemons and is now telling us to squeeze some lemon juice, and after walking away happily with our millions, they are throwing that sour juice into our eyes 4. The owners had a meeting early in March to raise the issues with the Developer and the Developer only responded just recently denying responsibility, and I'm sure they were strategically awaiting the 3-Months snag list period to lapse upon which they are legally bound to resolve minor defects. We alerted the Managing Agent and they also confirmed that this tile issue is a regular issue with all most complexes that they manage and they attributed it to a missing expansion gap. I called in 3 independent contractors and showed them the issue I had(seeking quotations), and they also said exactly the same thing that the Managing Agent said(without me telling them the information that I had gathered). As such, I refuse to believe that this is an issue I could have caused, but highly an issue of poor workmanship by the developer. The sad thing being almost all new apartments and homes around Parklands are from this developer, and I'm afraid many others are throwing their hard-earned cash into the fire buying from this developer

I will not dig deep into the myriad of issues that the complex has had in it's short lifespan but my Board of Trustees is awash with such, and can furnish you with such if required

Please intervene and get this developer to honor up to their unacceptable, quick and rushed workmanship
