NON Payment of accounts

I have a small business, and have bent over backwards to assist Sellesa properties with their JCB's with very swift repairs. Now as ity comes tro payment time even though they are aware of the fact that I am a Strictly cash business , Jacques is full of excuses. Seems as they would like to tramp on the smaller companies
