Do not Buy a house With Sellesa Properties

Bought a house through Sellesa properties 2 years ago and recently sold the place. Just to find out that several plugs and electrical connections did not have separate earths. I now have to wonder how did they get this house certified. I am now paying R9000 for this. <br> <br>
