Ello I'm Ntombi need help....I bought perfume from Takealot it was November 2023 I ricived it on the 24 of November after I ricived it I open it to make sure it's the ryt order.unfotunately when I test it there was no smell iv ask another person to smell,also that person said there's no smell.iv return it on the 27 of November on Monday bcz of that and it was not the first time to order that perfume I normally bought them and I knew the smell.so after iv return it a week after I phoned them and told them that I'm not satisfied bcz there was no smell,then they ask me when are they going to deliver I told them same address,iv waited for them bt nothing came up.iv diceded to bought another perfume on Dc and I ricived that one on the 18 of Dc,after that I keep calling them asking this perfume the guy I spoke to he said to me my order is on the way I'll get it on the following day iv waited for a Takealot courier call nothing,up untill I closed it at work on the 22 of Dc.then when I'm back on the 9 Jan I still founed them asking abt this perfume they make me up and down asking me what happened,even today I founed them abt my perfume still nothing so iv diceded now to report them to u guys asseblief.
