I suggest find an alternative.

So I according to them I needed my undercarriage guard to be replaced, my mag was bend and my windscreen needed replacement.

They fetched my car from my house on a friday, only did the assessment on the Tuesday. And then the following Wednesday, they call me to ask me when am I going to bring in the car. I was struck that they were not aware that they even had the car on their premisis.

They took two weeks to get my car back to me. And they did not even finish all the work. The windscreen was still damaged when I recieved the car. I also noticed a new scratch on my passenger door that touchup paint was put on it.

First of all I suggest find an alternative body shop. But if you are going to use them, I suggest you take photos of your entire car first(inside and out) incase you experience the same issue. And ensure that you follow up with them on a daily basis, because they tend to drop the ball.

I just suggest consumers stay away from here, for your own sanity.

On the plus side whoever they used to fix the mag ( I know it was not done in house), did an amazing job.
