**** poor service

I purchased an order online for R760..they had to deliver after 5 days and they failed after the finally delivered.. My order was incomplete... Laid a complaint through Instagram direct massage.. And they gave me an email to lay a complaint.. I did that after sending an email.. They never responded.. Send them an inbox on Instagram again and they just rep**** back saying my order has been amended and my parcel is on the way.. What was the point of them giving me an email address to complain if they were never going to reply me via email.. Their service is very poor... Not even apologetic about it
