ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Horrible experience, it's worse than pulling teeth. I've resorted to email MD Hadyn Pithey directly and copied Snr Mgt Andrea Muller; Colin Meeson; Achmat Abbas; Ernest Mugeri as well as Junior Mgt Team via ***. My emails have gone unanswered. My telephone calls are promptly rerouted. I must say their training is highly successful (NOT) as all they know is 'hold on' and then the answering service takes over. Pathetic!!!
