Wrong product delivered

Greetings yesterday I spoke to one of your consultant around 11am and he said on the system it does not show that the contract have been CANCELLED and you had activated one of my number so I called telkom to check with them yesterday they told me on one of my number it shows PENDING on their system and yet you say my lines have been ceased.Please send me proof that my contract has been CANCELLED.

MENU Incompetence for rendering service A review of Selldirect by phumudzo-mbambale on 12 Sep 2017 Like Share Comment Report Supercharge Convert Incompetence for rendering service On Monday the 4th of September 2017 I received a call from Ayisha representative of selldirect and she said she was from telkom and she is calling in connection with my two contacts which are due for upgrade so I decided to upgrade to Huawei P10 lite on both contacts . Yesterday and today respectively I received the delivery only to open the box to find out it's wrong phones it's the Huawei P10 both of them and it's not what I requested. Since this morning I have been trying to call but your line keep on cutting me of without getting through to anyone for assistance. I am unhappy with the level of service you area giving me and had I know it's not telkom directly I wouldn't have upgraded.I would like to return both immediately and terminate my contract with you because I don't not trust your service anymore because it's very bad .can you please help me to return the phones and terminate my contract. We have sorted out the error and were able to recoup the devices and escalated with Telkom to cease the line. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
