Wrong phone delivered , still waiting for correct order

Ordered a new contract through Selldirect, previous service was perfect. This time round I have had to wait for 2 weeks before the incorrect model phone was delivered, they were quick to want me to upgrade to double what I had initially wanted to spend. The phone was collected and I am now waiting for the correct model to be delivered. I have tried calling and no answer, I have emailed repeatedly and have had no reply to any of my recent emails.
