Worst service from a guy called Randal (so called Manager)

worst experience ever. i took out a contract and was told i would get all network data. when i received the contract it was telkom data. i called in to escalate. i was phoned back by Randall in disputes depart who played me records of the calls from the contact centre but only played the calls where i accepted the contract not the ones in which i advised the agent of the contract i wanted. he went further by undermining me and telling me its what i wanted. when i asked for a manager he advised he was the manager. i called back to the centre andaskes what Randall's position was they said he was just a normal agent. The lies and utter rudeness from him is not what i would wish upon anyone. when i asked to return it he said no you cant return cause i opened the package of cause it will be open cause i checked it. i hope they find the other recordings to prove i was right and i get a apology from this so called arrogant Manager name Randall
