worst service ever

I have never experienced such incompetence. got called to upgrade my cellphone as well router which my main upgrade was for the phone. I have just discovered that the consultant only upgraded the router even though I had specifically mentioned I wanted the phone upgrade more. I call a week later to check on the deliver only for them to pass me from pillar to post as well hang up on me. I managed to speak to someone who seemed to try and assist. I wish Telkom mobile could choose a different outsourcing company to do their sales as sell direct is not it.
