Worst service ever

<p>I upgrade my cell phone contract through a company called Selldirect, I received the phone on Friday , had to charge it for a couple of hours , I have noticed that the phone's battery does not last a full day and a half as normal new phones would . I have been trying to get through to this company since Friday and the phone does not go through , yesterday 1st of Feb I call them and report the matter to them early in the morning they tell me that someone will call me with regards to the phone , no one did , 12H00 i called again then was told that the person who is meant to assist me is out on lunch and they will ask them to call me back. (They never did ) , just before three I call I finally get someone , who had to ask me a bunch of questions and even told me that the phone is consumed by WiFi , since when do new phones batteries die because of it being on WiFi ? I have not played music on this phone , hell I have not even opened up my headsets for this device . I thought that Huawei is better than samsung but I was mistaken , the time right now is 1.30 and still no one has told me that they are coming to pick my phone up. I am still within my seven days and I am not happy at all with this device nor the companies poor service.</p>
