Worst ever Service

Got a call from Sell Direct, the guy introduces himself as calling form Telkom upgrade so i go ahead and upgrade on 4 numbers....several times I double checked that your are an Telkom employee and YES is the response. Also all phone colours confirmed and read back to me with corresponding numbers......delivery happens next day with 1 X Blue cellphone Samsung A32. Same day I get a confirmation call of a data package of 10gig that i signed up for without my knowledge.....so I decline. Next day another another Blue one is delivered. specified colours for 3 phones was Black, white and Blue....so now I already have 2 X blue waiting for another delivery next week. The service is disgusting, the employees tell lies....with the exception of a few. I get calls daily from them if not for insurance then for additional devices i qualified for......a bunch of bull and a pathetic company really.
