Worst company ever

Hi. I would like sell direct to solve my problem asap. I had purchased a samsung s3 mini through them in November 2014. I was mislead to believe that i would be receiving the special unlimited data with it. Which i did not. The problem was so to say resolved on their end in January. But i am yet to receive what had been promised to me. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get hold of them but nobody seems to be answering the calls, it just hangs up. Please assist. Thank you
