Worse Service Ever

<p>Hi...I received a phone call last week about upgrading my contract with telkom to a Samsung J 5 Prime....i received the phone but have been trying to activate my Telkom sim since friday there is no one picking up the activation line ********** 500. I am really frustrated now. I have used hundreds of rands in airtime and no one ever answers the phona this is really pathetic service....l regret why I even took this phone now its useless!!!</p>
