Worse

I received call from Sell direct 3 weeks ago phoning me on behalf of Telkom to upgrade my contact which I then did. They delivered the device to me just to find out that device is not working at all I went to Telkom, they in return told me I need to get in contact with Sell direct as they need to replace my device for me. I have been trying to get hold of them ,but up to now no avail or reply from them.
