Wifi acticativation

the Wifi was delivered on Monday and it's still not active, I have been trying to get hold of them on ********** and selecting option 2. the phone just rings and gets hanged up. If they can't activate it, then they must come and collect it. I also went to a Telkom store and unfortunately they can't assist me
