Why must I pay for your mistake
In December I was contacted by a sales person that sold me a data sim , which was to be added to my already existing Telkom account.
February another representative contacted me for a wifi router, I took it as we all know data is always welcome.
Then suddenly in February I started getting sms to say i need to pay my account. I went in store and was told to ignore it , yet the sms prevailed.
Now mid March my account has been frozen and after numerous calls with Telkom, it was discovered I now have 2 accounts and different bank details.
The sales people said they have my banking details and all they need is my ID and some security information.
Now that my account has been frozen , apparently i need to pay a rejection fee and it has been handed over to debt collectors aswell.
I refuse to pay the rejection fee and i want my name cleared....who do I contact as these agents works from home and never get hold of the same people.
