what was sold is not what we received - these sales agents * Faiz* make promises which is not what is delivered and when we dispute the contract , it stays in limbo for almost a week stating that someone in disputes * Randall* is reviewing the case - this is almost a week now and we still havent received one call from them . When we ask to speak to the sales person, they dont ever transfer or request for him to call back..There is another rude woman that thinks she is doing us a favor *Tasleema* who told me and I quote "I dont need this ****" I would like Sell direct to please come and pick up this phone and dont ever call us ever again - If Telkom continue to partner with such companies , they will be making the biggest mistake ever and will be losing customers
