What is wrong with you people's phones???
I have been calling Selldirect nobody picks up. You have made a deduction from my bank and I need to know what is it for???

The funds deducted were for administration fees.
We simultaneously use the fees to confirm a prospective client's affordability, only once the funds have been successfully deducted are we able to send the application off for further necessary checks.
