Very poor service

On 9th April 2019 I received a call from a very rude SDM agent. I called the office and was requested to send an email. I sent the email and followed up again with a call. I never received a feedback nor acknowledgement of the email. It looks like the company's service is simply pathetic. I'm very glad I did not business with them.
