Very poor after sales service

<p>Selldirect phoned me to upgrade my cell phone which has come to an end. I finally agreed to go with a new contract over the phone (will never do this again) I specifically requested a white phone, I did not want a black phone. They send me a black phone. I have been trying for 2 days now to contact the call centre, probably about 50 calls, and each time I get cut off. I have even tried phoneing telkom who then put me through to the call centre, who again cut me off. Be warned, do NOT purchase from cell direct, once they sell you something thats the end and contact is impossible. </p>
