Utterly Disgusted

As I write this I'm crying uncontrollably. I got a call from someone claiming to be from telkom head office for an upgrade. Yes I upgraded. The phone was delivered on the 23rd October and even today it's not activated. Telkom is failing to help me that's when I found out its selldirect. That first of all is misleading. 10 days later I'm stuck with a dummy phone. I've been trying to call the stupid selldirect and they NEVER answer their phones. <br> <br> I am so furious and disgusted. I no longer want this device and be prepared to hear from my lawyer. I'm not going to let this go easily. You're so heartless and selfish. Most useless company I've ever come across. I'm going to deal with you accordingly.<br> <br> I'll make sure everyone knows about you guys. You are ******.
