useless TELKOM LTE contract, ********!!!!!!

<p> an agent fro Sell direct phoned me on behalf of telkom. they explained the promotion of 15GB data and i was intrested, not knowing these cruel people are just making a SALE. now i received my router after a week. and they told me they will activate my SIM card within 48Hours but until NOW!! its been a week and the SIM card is still not activated. when i try to call them they not picking up any calls, the support and service is totally bull****!!!! i cannot tollerate this. </p>
