USELESS COMPANY!!!!!

I took a tablet through Sell Direct with Telkom Mobile and this was the worst mistake i ever did. From day one the lady told me that my account is R99 a month, when i phoned to activate the sim card the lady told me over R100 odd a month i told her no it is the R99 a month deal. She apologized and said it would be rectified. Today a debit order went through of over R350 for what i dont know as i should of been pro rated for April and then R99 for May and to my knowledge this wouldnt have been more than R150 this month. I am now trying to get through to the call centre and as usual the lines cut off or you hold on forever then get cut off. I need my account sorted TODAY as i have stopped the debit order until this is sorted out. I am ever so sorry i took this deal.
