Upgrade without agreement

I have been called twice in the past week by Selldirect sales personnel to inform me that my current contract with 8ta will expire.<br> <br> The phones on offer did not suit me and since Selldirect do not have stock of the phones that I do want, I said I will wait until they can offer me an attractive phone.<br> <br> Two days after the second call a courier company rocks up at my door, make me sign for a parcel and depart.<br> <br> I have received a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo (acording to the papers), without agreeing to it, nor agreeing to upgrade/renew my contract with 8ta.<br> <br> Please arrange for collection of this unit. It is still sealed in the courier bag.<br> <br> I will wait until 8ta or somebody offer me a phone that is usable.<br>
