Upgrade pathetic service
Hi There!!
I just received a call with regards to my data sim contract line +*** from Nazreen from sell direct I agreed to a deal of 10gb anytime data and 10gb night surf for R99 then after some few minutes I received again a call from +*** another guy who did not mention his name who was talking about an additional line I did not hear anything from him and he didn't give me a chance to speak or ask anything all I heard was that your phone will be delivered next week and I didn't agree to anything to him then he dropped the call so now I want to cancel everything with telkom because clearly it's a **** the service was pathetic I I'm not happy at all I wanna be contacted on *** before I take this further !!!
