Upgrade of Telkom Mobile via Selldirect

<p>Phoned by Selldirect cleint services and decided to upgrade cellphone contract. Half and hour after upgrade I found a better deal with Telkom. Although I agreed to a five day cooling off period it is impossible to cancel the upgrade as selldirect do not answer calls to either their numbers ********** or ********** , neiter do they reply to any emails to ********** or ********** <p> </p> <p>I wonder if they would reply to any complaint directed to HelloPeter?</p>
