Unwanted upgrade from selldirect

Hi.i was called by an agent called Taufiq from a telemarketing company called selldirect saying they are agents for Telekom.i was misled by this guy who did a sim upgrade that I never asked for and now that I'm ready to actually upgrade with a devicel through Telkom cannot do it becoz of this upgrade I never asked for.ive been calling selldirect and telkom for the last week and a half and I keep getting the run around.sell direct agents are misleading and rude.try calling with a complaint and you will see for yourself.Can someone pls assist me.im sick of this bs.
