Unreachable and inconsiderate SELL DIRECT! Most useless company ever

<p>Sell direct (SD) sold me a Telkom contact (with a phone) and a Guard Risk insurance to go with it last year. My phone cracked weeks ago so I took it to Telkom. Needless to say, although Telkom booked in for repairs, they informed me to speak to Sell Direct. Sell direct as the country knows has a feticious contact number (<span style="color: #0b080f; font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">***/7400 - ring but no answer). I spoke to Guard Risk (GR) who benefit R30 a month in insurance but they rep**** we are only underwritters and wouldn't be able to ***ist me. Birds of a feather are all flocking together here. Two emails sent to SD and GR to no avail. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #0b080f; font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">My frustration is obviously with SD as they just drop you after the sale but why do reputable companies partner with these guys and ***ume no responsability for the lack of service clients get?! Sad that I have to spend time on time already spent to get their attention on a public forum. I will ofcourse always be guarded against SD! never before have I experienced anything this bad! </span></p> <p> </p>
