unhappy with services

Luzaan smith... I upgrade with my phone .vlastweek my phone was delivered at my house witch I waited 3 weeks to come. So I entered the sim card and it shows that the sim is not registered on the network . I try calling them but no response .. emailing then no reply and shame the poor telkom ppl so wanted to help me but they cant. Im very unhappy with the services I getting from them .. no I cant use my new phone or my sim cos its a nono si card. I hope I will get a reply from anyone cos I dont kno what to do anymore. I wish I had go to the branch then it be solve by now. unhappy customer
