Unhappy!!!!
<p>I upgraded 2x phones, confirmed 2x terms and conditions, and only received 1x phone. Only 1x was ordered!!! No answer on phones, sent emails no call backs. I am really frustrated and I need to know will this be sorted out asap or should I just send back the 1 device (on your cost as this was not my mistake? </p> <p> </p> <p>Please call me asap</p>

Sadly due to delays with the courier company, mainly because of the festive season - we could not arrange delivery to your satisfaction. We have collected the handset delivered and escalated with the service provider to have the renewal ceased and all costs involved waive.
