Unable to remove myself from your call lists

I have 2 numbers with Telkom. Sell Direct try call me about 6 times every day without fail, when I answer the calls it is simply to tell you to take me off your calling database and every time the agent either says that they will forward my details to the relevant department or they simply hang up on me.

I dont want to receive anymore calls from you and want you to remove me from your database immediately - please can you get in touch ASAP and remove me from all your call lists. I have sent mails previously and nothing ever gets actioned and the calls keep coming in...
