Unable to get my sim activated as nobody answers

How the hell do you people operate? When you want to make a sale you bombard me with phone calls, but once the sale is done its near impossible to get hold of you. I dealt with Ntosh and I've been calling *** and *** and the phone just rings until eventually the call is cut. Now I've been sitting for a week with a handset that is not registered on the network, meaning that it's a useless piece of **** at the moment. I'm tired of trying to call you people, so somebody better call me today<br> or I'll take this further with the Ombudsman. And your accounts department better make sure that I am not billed a blue dime for this period as I have had no use of this damn phone.<br> <br> PS: Judging from the complaints on Hello Peter (11 pages of them), bad service seems to be the order of the day at your company.<br>
