un wanted contract and huawei ruater

selldirect contact me to tell me my contract with telkom are going to expire and they wiil renew the contract for two years for R199 a month.I told them that im a pensioner and cant really afford that mutch and would rather go on with the contract from telkom witch was on a month to month basis . I received a HUAWEI LTE CPE B315 i dont even know how to work with the thing and would just like to return it but cant get hold off them
