Truly useless service Telkom and SellDirect

After receiving my Telkom LTE unlimited router and SIM card I was advised that sim activation would take up to 24 hours. It's now been over 4 days and my sim is still not activated. On my last call to 10213 yesterday at 11am I was told by Anele Shange that they had technical difficulties and that all was sorted and it should be active within 2-5 hours. As of now nothing works on my order number: ***. After contacting their help desk number 081180 I was then told that if this was an online order SellDirect would be responsible for the activation and I should contact them. I signed up thinking I was telling only with a telkom and now I have another *********** organization to deal with. Activating a SIM card is not rocket science and these people should not be selling anything if they cannot get the basics right!
