Total disregard for customer complaint

This bunch called and offered a Telkom Mobile product, pretending to be from Telkom. I agreed to a package, but the product never arrived within indicated delivery period. I sent an email to cancel the contract, but was nonetheless charged an initiation fee of R90.00. After taking out a contract at a Telkom Mobile branch at which I complained about these ********, I received a call from them and they agreed to reverse the charge . By a month and a week later this reversal had still not been effected, calls to their listed numbers are not transferred to any personnel. I guess the bucks have gone straight to ISIS. Absolutely useless bunch of ********.
