They locked my number for no reason

Sell direct you delivered a wrong device and i peacefully returned it and now you cancelled my number on the system. Why??? I have not being receiving calls since Wednesday and it’s impossible to get hold of you. I am tired of your bad service this number belongs to me it’s not a Telkom line. May you kindly open my line let me move on with my life and keep your offers for others who are interested. Thank you
