Terrible service-and incorrect information from SellDirect call centre

Sell Direct service is terrible. I have tried to get help from SellDirect and had to call them 4 times today. Each time I was told a manager would call back. It is the end of the work day and Ive still not had a call. The offer/package they sold me is not what they promised. You cannot connect to Netflix via their Lit box and I am now being billed for the router that was meant to be free ! Don't upgrade through them, rather go to Telkom
