Terrible experience with this ********** company

I was very hesitant to take a contract with this company. Their salesman called me while I was driving and was so persistent that I use a hands free set. I kept saying I don’t need the product but he kept on insisting and eventually said if I’m not happy I can cancel. Now that I want to cancel they tell me I have to call telkom as they now handle my account. I found out that to cancel I have to pay 800 just to cancel it. I told them I will pay for the month I used but I am not paying a cancellation fee of which I wasn’t told. They told me unfortunately that’s how it is. I am livid. I completely regret taking this thing. They don’t care that their salesman omitted the terms and conditions. I’m not leaving this as is. I want this canceled and if they blacklist my name because of this I will take them to court. I am tired of these ********** companies taking advantage of consumers and getting away with it. I will definitely not recommend sell direct or Telkom Mobile to anyone!
