Terrible Customer Service

With regards to the previous review Selldirect confirmed that the contract will be cancelled and the phone will be picked up. The courier company fetched the phone on the 21st of June, more than two weeks ago, the contract is still active and has not been cancelled in addition I had to pay for the phone when my debit order went out on the 30th of June. I have tried calling and emailing but I'm not getting any joy in concluding this matter. Will my money be refunded.
