Terrible customer service!

Unhelpful and rude Agents.

I've spoken to several and very few were helpful, eventually got through to Merle who assisted in processing my cancellation as no Manager returned my call (They're always either on lunch or in a meeting) - how do you think you or your company will progress if this is your standard of service!?
