Telkom phone deal

Hi contacted by an Agent Alphonsa Moses, who persuaded me to take a double discount deal from Telkom.<br> After agreeing , I was contacted twice by representatives confirming my order and highlighting the terms and condition, all excellent Up to Here<br> Tablet was delivered on Wednesday 26 August @ around 10:30 AM ( But alas No sim card)<br> I immediately (within 10 minutes of receipt of partial delivery ) contacted the company and informed them of the missing sim-card and was informed that an agent would contact me to arrange delivery.<br> 5 hours later no contact from Salldirect, I phoned again ,was cut off twice and eventually got through to a representative in logistics, who promised me delivery by Friday28 August.<br> I remained in office friday<br> Monday I phoned again and was told I would be contacted, again no contact materialized..<br> Tuesday I phone again and spoke to an agent who said she would place an order for a sim card as nothing had been done.<br> I would like to bring to the attention of selldirect marketing the absolute incompetence of the people they are employing.<br> And bring to attention of other prospective clients to be weary of anything the company says.<br> <br> Andre
