TELKOM MOBILE RIP-OFF AGAIN?

Is this another Telephonic Rip-Off from Telkom again? Get phoned from Cape Town and offered all sorts of Free Incentives to Up-Grade my existing Telkom Mobile contract. I request an E-Mail in writing to understand the offer (and the small print) but this does NOT ARRIVE! Instead I get an SMS advising that "Courier It" are delivering a package to me!!! No E-MAIL no information! ANOTHER RIP-OFF from Telkom? Then that same day another person phones me from Cape Town and "as I am a good Client" of Telkom they are giving me a FREE HUAWEI Smart Phone PLUS 3,000 Minutes (?) of Airtime and all sorts of wonderful things if I sign up for Telkom Mobile's NEW contract. I ask for this to be put in Writing and E-Mailed to me but this has NOT BEEN DONE!!!! Is this ANOTHER Telkom Rip-Off, too? What is going on as I phoned Telkom Mobile who said I had to phone Sell Direct in Cape Town (i live in Johannesburg) on Telkom's PREMIUM Trunk Call (at my cost) where I waited over 30 Minutes waiting for an Agent to answer the phone and evetually gave up the ghost. WHAT A TELKOM RIP-OFF AGAIN??????
