Telephone numbers don't work

<p>I was offered a deal by Sell Direct to obtain a Telkom Mobile Huawei router. I accepted the deal. I received my router today. But now I can't get through on any of those ********** /7500 numbers. And I want to get my device activated. How am I supposed to get it activated if I can't get through on the phone? I mean, really.....</p>
