TABLET NOT DELIVERED

Hi <br> Im MV Mathenjwa, I was contacted early November 2015 (i did not note the date) by someone from Selldirect about their Huawei Tablet which was on promotion. About three weeks later the lady phoned me to confirm my details. She promised me that my phone would be delivered soon. They did not deliver until another person phoned and promised me that the phone will arrive on 15 December 2015, and said i have to prepare an ID copy as well as proof of residence. I have been carrying those documents since that day but the phone has been delivered.<br> <br> I think it wise for Selldirect to close their call centre because it useless, when you phone nobody answer the phone. The lady (of which i think is an old one) is arrogant, when she phones you and you not near the phone, she never returns to you. The phone just rings twice and goes-off. That lady is bad (arrogant).<br> <br> The service is really terreble and they do not know how to run the business.
