still waiting for activation

Morning<br> I received my phone on the 24th of December, got told that my phone will be connected in 72 hours ( need a sim swap). 11 days had passed and still not connected. On the 15the you are going to deduct money again for services not used.<br> Tried to phone sell direct numerous times but no answer.<br> I'm very disappointed in your services , I expected a lot more...<br> I refuse to pay for services not used or received!
