Still waiting

I wrote a week back a report on how their service is so bad I had been waiting for my phone to be activated and my Huawei tablet to be delivered and all the stories I got did not add up and one of them was they were waiting for my other phone to be activated now it has been activated ten days of delivery has passed no one has bothered calling me about it when I call they are unreachable I have been waiting for the manager to call me this is the 3rd week now and come the end of the month the amount they going to debit will be for two devices where as I only have one this company is a ***** and never do anything to help you as a customer they actually call you to be their client and once you are they treat you like ******* can someone help me please who owns this company and what does he or she say when there are so many complaints about the company I'm honestly going to take further legal action against this company
