Still no activation

I received a call from a lady called Tammy at selldirect offering me a new Huawei tablet contract and I decided to take the contract. the device was delivered within 5 days and i was told to call the call center to activate the device. 4 days and 10 calls later the device is still not active. Tammy gave me her direct number but now she doesn't answer when i call, I guess she got what she wanted. I sent an email after trying to call for 2 whole days without an answer and some lady called Adele rep**** to my email but now she doesn't respond anymore. Today I spoke to Sam and she promised that the device would be activated around 10:30 and again at 2 O Clock because apparently the \only person who can activate it was on lunch". I have been calling them since 3 O clock and my calls are not answered. I wish I had never taken out this contract. Please come take your device back!!!<br> !!!"""
